RHUBARB SQUARES | |
2 c. flour 2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. shortening 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb 1 c. walnuts Mix shortening, milk and eggs. Add flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla and beat. Add rhubarb and nuts and fold gently. Bake in a 9"x12" pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
