RHUBARB SQUARES 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

BATTER:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt

Mix together topping ingredients. Mix brown sugar, shortening, egg, flour, baking soda, sour cream and salt together. Then add rhubarb. Pour in 13 x 9 inch pan and add topping. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
