SAFER SCRAMBLED EGGS 
6 eggs
Pinch of salt
Dash of pepper

EQUIPMENT:

Non-stick pan or cast iron pan
Spatula

If you don't have a non-stick pan, just add about a teaspoon of cooking oil to your pan and spread it around OR use a spray-on non-fat product like Pam. Separate 3 eggs. Keep the whites; toss the yolks. Mix the 3 egg whites with the 3 whole eggs and proceed to make scrambled eggs. You've just cut your cholesterol in half. Wasn't that easy?
