SWISS EGGS | |
1 tbsp. butter, melt in bottom of pan 3 thin cheese slices (cover bottom of pan with these) 4 eggs (break & place over cheese) 3 tbsp. cream (pour over eggs) Salt & pepper to taste 2 tbsp. grated cheese (sprinkle over eggs) Bake at 350 degrees until eggs are set and cheese is light brown. These can also be made in custard cups for individual servings. It takes at least 20 minutes to bake. |
