SAUSAGE & EGG SOUFFLE | |
Spray pan with Pam 6 eggs 2 c. milk 6 slices bread 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 lb. bulk sausage 1 c. grated cheddar cheese Crumble and brown sausage, drain off grease. In mixing bowl beat eggs, add milk, salt, mustard. Add cubed bread and stir. Add cheese and sausage. Put in glass baking pan, 8"x12". Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let set for a few minutes. Cut and serve. |
