4 to 6 eggs, depending on size
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Beat eggs until soft peaks form. Slowly add sugar, beating constantly until it's a thick and glassy mixture that holds its shape. Fold in nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 275°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from sheets at once.
