SATARJI JAM-BA-LYA 
1 doz. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pkg. Louis Rich smoked turkey sausage
2 sm. skinless chicken breasts
1 bay leaf
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. black pepper
1 green onion, diced
1 med. white onion, diced
1/2 stick of butter
1 sm. can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. garlic powder

Cut sausage and chicken breast into small pieces. Cut each shrimp into twos. (rinse the above and pat dry with paper towel). In large pot combine butter, sausage, chicken, and shrimp. Cook until done. Add onions, green peppers, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and bay leaf.

Cook until vegetables are tender. In large bowl, mix tomato sauce, 6 cans water and flour until smooth. Add to meat-vegetable mixture. Let mixture come to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
