COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can coconut
1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch

Cream butter and sugar then add 4 well beaten eggs. Stir until creamy. Add milk, cornstarch and coconut. Beat well, pour mixture into an unbaked 9" pie shell. Place in 350 degree oven and cook until crust and top of pie is golden brown.
