SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. cooked shrimp 1 pt. scallops 1 c. saltine cracker crumbs 1 c. Pringle potato chip crumbs 1 stick melted butter Place shrimp in 9x12 glass buttered dish. In a bowl combine ground scallops seasoned with garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt. Mix in crumbs and stick of melted butter. Add approximately 2 tablespoons milk, enough to make mixture fluffy. Spread mixture over shrimp. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut in squares to serve. Serves 4-6. |
