RUSSIAN CABBAGE SOUP | |
2 chicken breasts, cubed 2 cans chicken broth 2 cans Campbell's tomato soup 2 soup cans water 1 lg. can sauerkraut, well rinsed 1 qt. stewed tomatoes 1 med. onion, chopped 1 lg. carrot, diced 1 tbsp. vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Cube raw chicken, chop onion and dice carrot. Put all ingredients together at same time in large 6-quart pot. After boiling real well, turn down to medium; let cook 2-3 hours. Serves 6-8. |
