SALMON ROLL 
1 lb. salmon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
2/3 c. milk
2 c. Bisquick

Mix Bisquick and milk together to make dough. Set aside. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl.

Roll out Bisquick dough. Put salmon filling in a line down the middle of the dough. Bring the 2 sides up around filling overlapping the edges and pinch. Bake 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees.
