CROWNING GLORY | |
1 can Campbell's Cheddar soup 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. finely chopped onions 1/4 c. precooked rice 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 tsp. salt 3 strips bacon, cut in half Combine 1/2 can soup with remaining ingredients, except bacon; mix thoroughly. In shallow baking dish shape firmly into ring. Place bacon on ring. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spoon off fat. Top loaf with remaining soup. Bake 10 minutes more. |
