DELUXE MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. grated Swiss, Cheddar or Mozzarella
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. 7-Up or milk
4 eggs, hard cooked

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except hard cooked eggs. Use more liquid if necessary to moisten. Take 1/2 of meat mixture and form bottom half of loaf in baking dish. Place peeled, whole eggs down the center of loaf, place remaining half of meat mixture on top and form into loaf. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking 45 minutes longer. Serves 8 to 10.
