DELUXE CABBAGE ROLLS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 med. onion, minced
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
18-20 prepared cabbage leaves

Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water. Let stand until leaves are wilted. Drain on paper towel.

Put rice in pan with 3/4 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook 5 minutes. Saute minced onion in 2 tablespoons oil. Add cooked rice, ground meat, seasoning and 1/2 cup tomato juice; mix well. Put heaping 2 tablespoons of mixture into each cabbage leaf and roll into small parcel.

Pour diluted tomato juice over rolls and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes.
