QUICHE 
4 slices bacon
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Beat eggs, biscuit mix, butter, milk, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into baking dish or 9" or bigger pie plate or oblong dish. Sprinkle bacon and cheese over top. Press gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
