MIXTURE 1:
1 box Rice Chex
1 med. jar peanuts
1 box raisins

MIXTURE 2:
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. smooth peanut butter
2 sticks butter

Mix Mixture 1 in large bowl. Heat and blend Mixture 2 over low heat. Pour Mixture 2 over Mixture 1. Stir carefully until latter is well coated. Place all in a clean grocery bag. Empty contents of 1 box of powdered sugar over all. Shake until all are well coated. Cool uncovered. Store in tight container.
