SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 sm. bottle Wishbone Russian Dressing
1 packet dried onion soup
1 to 2 lbs. your favorite chicken parts

Mix preserves, dressing and soup. Skin chicken and dip chicken in mixture. Place in shallow pan. Pour extra mixture over chicken. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/4 hours. Serve with rice and salad.
