RHUBARB JAM 
7 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut-up
6 c. sugar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jell-O

Combine rhubarb with sugar and let set overnight. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add pineapple. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; add strawberry Jell-O. Bring to boil, and pour into sterile jars and seal.
