“CHOCOLATE-WALNUT PUFFS” IS IN:

CHOCOLATE-WALNUT PUFFS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt chocolate chips over warm water (double boiler).

Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar; beat until stiff peaks form.

Beat in vanilla and vinegar. Fold in melted chocolate and chopped walnuts.

Drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Makes 3 dozen.
