1 cup sugar 3 egg whites 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 cups shredded coconut flakes Preheat oven to 300°F. Sift sugar; beat egg whites and add to sugar. Blend. Add vanilla and coconut flakes. Drop by teaspoon on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes. Makes 50 servings. | |
