HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped ham
2 c. ham stock
4 level tbsp. flour or cornstarch
Salt & pepper to taste
4 boiled eggs
Pastry top crust or biscuit out of the dairy case

Thicken ham stock with flour. Add salt and pepper. Pour in 2 quart baking dish. Add ham, chopped eggs. Top with pastry or biscuits. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
