SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter, melted
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream

Mix together and put into 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Recipe may be mixed ahead and refrigerated. Cream of celery or cream of potato soup can be substituted for cream of chicken soup.
