1 yellow cake mix without pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges and juice

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. crushed pineapple and juice

Beat cake ingredients all together and bake in 13x9 pan at 350. Check times on cake mix box. Cool.

Mix together topping ingredients and put on cooled cake. Refrigerate. Good baked ahead and kept in the refrigerator.
