TOFFEE DESSERT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 3 ingredients together; reserve 1 cup. Add rest of ingredients. Pour in greased 9 x 12 inch pan. Top with reserved sugar mixture. Over this put 6 crushed Heath bars and 1/2 cup nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
