1 peck pears or apples
10 red bell peppers
10 med. onions
6 green bell peppers
4 hot peppers
5 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

Grind apples or pears, peppers, onions. Add other ingredients and let come to a boil. Boil for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in jars and seal.
