1 c. all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1-2 tbsp. water 1 egg Combine flour and salt. make well - add water and egg in center. Gradually work flour into liquid to make dough. Knead 2 or 3 minutes until smooth. Adding more flour is needed. Wrap dough in plastic bag and let rest about 1 hour. Roll noodles as thin as possible. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Drop into liquid. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. |
