TOMATO ASPIC 
2 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. hot tomato juice or V-8 juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold tomato juice or V-8 juice
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. grated onion
Dash cayenne pepper
Celery and/or olives if desired

Combine Jello and dissolve in hot juice. Add salt, cold juice, horseradish, onion and cayenne. (Add celery and/or olives if desired.) Pour into mold.
