HAM AND APPLE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked ground ham
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
2 med. apples
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Mix ham, mustard, onion, egg, milk and bread crumbs. Put in greased baking dish. Peel, core and slice the apples 1/2 inch thick, arrange slices to overlap on top of ham mixture around edge of dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
