EASY SALAD 
2 cans tuna
Salt
Pepper
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
3 celery stalks
1/2 c. sweet pickles
4 lg. tomatoes
4 lg. lettuce leaves

Open and drain cans of tuna. Put tuna, mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and the celery in a mixing bowl and stir with a big spoon. Wash tomatoes and lettuce leaves and wipe or shake dry. Cut an "X" on top of each tomato almost to the bottom.

Put lettuce leaves on plate and tomatoes on top of leaves. Spoon tuna mixture into tomatoes, then put pickles on top of tuna mixture and serve.
