DIABETIC COOKIES 
1 tbsp. sweetener
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1 c. raisins
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
3/4 c. applesauce or unsweetened pineapple
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

First column of ingredients. Boil together for 15 minutes. Cool. Second column, add and combine. Then bake at 325 to 350 degrees until brown.
