DIABETIC APPLESAUCE COOKIES 
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. or less cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. Sweet Ten
1 egg
1 c. sugar free applesauce
1/3 c. raisins
1 c. All Bran

Sift flour, salt, spices, and soda (adjust spices to your taste). Mix butter, Sweet Ten, and egg until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture alternately with applesauce. Fold in raisins and All Bran. Drop on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. These are soft cookies and freeze well. Store in refrigerator because of no sugar they mold easily.
