HONEY APPLE CHOPS 
4 (1 1/2 inch) boneless loin chops
1 1/2 c. apple cider
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients, except chops; mix well. Place chops in a shallow dish; pour marinade over chops. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Prepare covered grill with drip pan in center, banked by medium-hot coals. Grill chops for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once and basting occasionally with marinade. Serves 4.
