PUMPKIN ICE CREAM 
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Add milk. Fold ice cream in. Refreeze. You have to work fast. For a creamier ice cream, fold in thawed Cool Whip.
