QUICK SPAGHETTI WITH VEGETABLES 
1/4 c. butter
2 c. diagonally sliced green beans
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced yellow squash
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
4 med. tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
8 oz. spaghetti noodles
Grated Parmesan cheese

In large skillet on low heat melt butter. Add beans and onion. Cook stirring about 8 minutes. Add rest of vegetables and seasoning. Cover. Cook 10-12 minutes until tender crisp.

Meanwhile cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain. Place on serving platter. Spoon vegetables and liquid over noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve. Serves 4.
