4 c. cooked brown rice
1/2 c. each, lightly steamed: carrot, cauliflower, green beans
1/4 c. raw celery
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/2 c. tamari-roasted almonds
1 lb. shellfish (shrimp or crab)

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. brown rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. tamari soy saucetsp. oregano
