CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
1/2 lb. cranberries, ground
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. apples, diced
1/2 c. grapes, quartered
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Grind cranberries, add sugar and marshmallows. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator. Add remaining ingredients, stirring into cranberry mixture. Refrigerate then serve. Serves 8 to 10.
