CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-inch spring-form pan (or can use an 8-inch square casserole dish). Combine cake mix and oil in large bowl; mix well. Press mixture into bottom of pan.

Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. Increase oven temperature to 400°F.

Place cream cheese in large bowl. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Toss 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour filling into crust. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips on top.

Bake 5 to 7 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250°F.

Bake 60 to 65 minutes (place in pan of water to prevent cheesecake from cracking while baking). Let cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
