CHICKEN DIJON 
6-8 pieces chicken breasts/thighs
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. chopped parley

Cook chicken in 350 degree oven for approximately 50 minutes. Combine melted butter, horseradish, mustard and parsley. Spread on all the chicken. Cook 10 minutes more.
