SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. bread dough (let raise overnight)
1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage
1/4 lb. salami
1 c. grated cheese
4 eggs

Cook Italian sausage, then chunk it. Cut salami into strips. Roll out raised dough laying it on cookie sheet so half hangs over side of cookie sheet. Mix sausage, salami, grated cheese and eggs. Put this filling on dough and flop over remaining dough as a large turnover. Brush dough lightly with oil. Sprinkle with black pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
