GREAT GOULASH | |
3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 1/2 sm. onion, chopped 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 lb. macaroni, cooked & drained 1/2 c. ketchup Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1/4 c. sugar (or sweeten to taste) Brown ground beef, onions and peppers. Drain fat. Add tomatoes, ketchup, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add macaroni after cooking. Heat through and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. |
