TUNA SALAD 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, in spring water (drained)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped tomaotes
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped fresh or dry parsley
1/2 fresh lemon or 2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 halves English muffins, or 4 slices of bread

Mix together celery, tomatoes, onions and parsley. Add to chunks of tuna. Add lemon and mix. Top the English muffins or bread with the tuna mixture and enjoy. It looks good and tastes wonderful.
