TONIGHT'S DINNER DELIGHT 
6 chicken breasts or thighs
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1/2 c. sherry or dry white wine
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. flour

Season chicken pieces that have all skin and fat removed. Place meat in crock pot that has been sprayed with a non fat coating.

Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or high 3 to 4 hours. Serve with brown rice.
