CLAM CASSEROLE 
1 qt. ground clams
45 Ritz crackers, crumbed
1 egg, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. clam liquid OR milk
Salt and pepper
Bread crumbs, buttered

Mix all but buttered bread crumbs together in a 10 inch square baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
