PAPAYA CHICKEN 
2 fryers, cut up
1 c. flour
1 tsp. season salt
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 c. papaya
2 c. pineapple chunks

Coat chicken with flour and salt. Put 1/2 melted butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Layer chicken in pan. Pour balance butter over chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Bring to a boil the orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, corn starch, soy sauce and salt. Stir until clear and thick. Add papaya and pineapple; pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
