DIABETIC APPLE CAKE 
2/3 c. salad oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. raisins
Chopped nuts
5 tbsp. liquid sugar substitute
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. diced apples

Mix ingredients in large bowl. Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle top with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 16 servings. Exchange: 1 serving = 1 bread.
