1 box chocolate cake mix
2 lbs. of ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Make chocolate cake mix according to package instructions. Mix together cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Set aside. Prepare cake mix and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread cheese mixture over top of unbaked cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done. After baking, the cheese will fall to bottom.

TOPPING:

1 small box of chocolate instant pudding
1 c. milk
10 oz. whipped topping

Mix all these topping ingredients together and spread over top of cooled cake.
