OLD FASHIONED RICE PUDDING 
1/2 c. raw rice, not instant
4 c. milk, warm
1/2 c. sugar, or 6 packets sugar substitute
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins

Mix and put in greased baking dish. Bake 2 to 3 hours at 275 degrees, stirring about every 1/2 hour. Cook until thick, gets thicker when cool. I always double this recipe.
