SPANISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. long grain rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1 1/3 c. water

Combine first 5 ingredients. Shape into 24 balls; place in 2 quart casserole. Blend soup and water; pour over meatballs. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
