POTATO SALAD 
4 c. diced, boiled potatoes (red)
1 c. diced cucumber
3 tbsp. minced green onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 hard-cooked eggs, diced

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 tsp. celery seed
3/4 tsp. dill weed or seed
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine dressing ingredients. Add dressing to warm potatoes and milk lightly. Add remaining salad ingredients and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
