PORK OVER RICE | |
2 lb. pork flour oil 3/4 c. celery 1 green pepper, chopped 1 chopped onion 3/4 c. catsup 1 small can pineapple (juice too; crushed or cubed) 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Cut the pork into cubes. Roll in flour; brown in small amount of oil. Push meat to corner of pan and add the celery, green pepper and onion. Fry until tender. Add the catsup, pineapple, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Cook about 30 minutes at low temperature. Serve over cooked rice. |
